Victor is all about organization. He is never late, his clothes are never wrinkled, and he seems to have either a clipboard or a PDA permanently attached to his arm. Born on Caprica in the small town of Ursa Park outside of Delphi, his childhood was normal and uneventful.

He attended and graduated from the University of Dephi, with a degree in Business Management and Public Relations.

For the past two years, he's been the personal manager for Rondelle Halley-Riker, who couldn't be more pleased with his work.
