General Overview
Rondelle's public persona is outgoing, bubbly, and confident (almost to the point that some people view her as a bit snobbish.) In actuality, she's an introvert and relishes any time she gets to spend alone. Public Rondelle would spend her evenings partying and dancing the night away; private Rondelle would like nothing better than to curl up in front of an open fire with a cup of cocoa and a good murder mystery. She's good at heart, generous to her friends, and has a strong sense of morality.

Rondelle is very flexible and adapts easily to change, however like any public figure she does have her moments of moodiness and egocentricity. She is creative and resourceful and always likes to look at the positives of any situation. She can usually motivate people, but she's also very susceptible to social and peer pressure and so does occasionally make poor decisions.
Ambitions
Rondelle wanted to launch a singing career, as her first love is music. Now with the colonies destroyed, 'singing for her supper' is now a viable option. She has no desire to be a leader, but being a well-known public figure, she is increasingly finding herself as someone people, both children and adults, turn to for assistance.
Hobbies & Interests
As an actress, she always thoroughly researched her roles before playing them (e.g. she read a lot,) and so she has a broad spectrum of general knowledge. She has an interest in martial arts but is more concerned with the fitness aspects of the discipline, rather than self-defense. She plays the piano, guitar, and sings and dances. She enjoys a good drink now and again, but tries to avoid drinking in excess. She also knits, but because it is not a 'glamorous' hobby, she keeps this a secret. She also holds a recreational pilot's license for small aircraft, but hasn't flown solo in several years.

Rondelle was the middle child in a Caprican upper-class family. Her mother, a former fashion model, pushed her at an early age into in modeling and acting despite her father's protests that she was too young. This disagreement continued until her parents divorced and her father moved out of the family home.

Having done a few commercials and numerous modeling jobs, she debuted on the big screen when she was just 14, playing the role of Betany Bale, an unruly teenage daughter of an industrial spy in an action/adventure film called 'The Typhoon Collection.' Her career rocketed after the film hit record box-office earnings and she subsequently did a sequel to Typhoon two years later.

She played a few stage roles while she attended university, and then focused in on her film career in earnest. To date, she has been in seventeen major motion pictures, having had starring roles in all but four of them. Her most recent film was the third in The Typhoon Collection series where she revisited her role as action-adventure heroine Betany Bale, but this time as the main character.

She had been trying to start up a music career, and was performing her first single, 'Cry Wolf', at an annual Caprican music festival (held in a fairly rural area outside Caprica City) when the Cylon attack on the Colonies happened. Like most of the musical guests, she had arrived at the festival by private shuttle, but instead of selfishly taking off on her own, she and her manager tried to take as many people on board as possible amidst mass confusion and panic. It was this delay that most likely enabled their shuttle to fortuitously sneak past the Cylon raiders. It was only when the shuttle had cleared Caprican space that she realized, her manager (Victor) was not on board. Eventually, they encountered a cargo ship with FTL-drives. Upon discovering that Rondelle was aboard, the captain of the cargo ship allowed the shuttle to dock and disembark their passengers.

Now a part of the refugee fleet, Rondelle has made it her mission to try to keep up the morale of her fellow survivors.
