Born and Raised on Canceron, as a regular farm boy.
Joined the Military to be a Landram crewman, mostly in the hopes of avoiding being sent after dissident students or disgruntled miners.

Parents and sister were killed en route to his graduation. The news put him into a seizure and left him comatose for two weeks.
When he came out of it he was put through intensive mental and physical exams, and passed. Was referred to a chaplain, but this was refused.

He was assigned to the Battlestar Megaera as his first assignment.

OOC: His seizure was caused by loyalty instilled in basic leading to major conflictions with his cylon programming. He does not know he is a Cylon
